Your dashboard holds the balance card; Usage holds the detail.

The balance card

Balance card expanded to show each credit bucket with its remaining amount and expiry date

Credit buckets and their expiry dates

Shows your total spendable credits, a menu of top-up packages, and a promo code box. View details expands to show each credit bucket separately — how much is left in it, how much it started with, and when it expires. This matters because buckets expire at different times, and WJI spends the soonest-expiring one first.

Usage

Consumption table with credit change, discount, and refund columns, and the date, model, and workspace filters

The consumption tab

Three tabs.
Total credits consumed and number of calls, broken down by workspace. Expanding a workspace shows each person’s consumption, their share, and their call count.

Orders

The orders page lists top-up orders with the same columns, filtered by date range. Order statuses: pending, authorized, completed, cancelled, and failed. An unpaid order expires two hours after it is created.
Subscription orders do not appear here. Both the orders page and the top-ups tab show top-up orders only. There is no view of your subscription payment history.

Receipts and exports

A completed Stripe order offers Download receipt, which opens the receipt in a new tab.
There is no CSV, Excel, or PDF export of billing data anywhere in WJI. Individual Stripe receipts are the only downloadable record.
