Reference video has tighter limits than a plain upload, and they depend on length.

If WJI cannot read a video’s duration, the size limit drops to 50 MB regardless of how long the clip actually is. Re-encoding usually fixes it.

Accepted video extensions: mp4, mov, webm, m4v, mkv, avi. Reference video specifically accepts MP4 and MOV.
