Digital Host is not enabled by default. Your account needs access to it, and the app has to be added to the workspace. If you do not see it in the left panel, contact your administrator.
Digital Host takes a script and produces a video of a presenter delivering it: it splits the script into segments, generates voiceover for each, then generates video of the presenter speaking.

Adding the app

Open Settings → App management → Add app. Only two apps can be added, and Digital Host is one of them. You can give it a custom name and description.
Adding the app does not grant access to it. If your account lacks the permission, the app is added to the workspace but stays hidden from your left panel. Get the permission first.

Before you start

Digital Host reads three kinds of material from Idea Studio in the same workspace: The reference audio is not optional — without it, voiceover cannot be generated and WJI tells you to upload one first.

How the app is laid out

Program list with search, language and presenter filters, and rows showing each program step badge

The program list

Digital Host replaces the usual workspace furniture. The workspace file tree and toolbar are empty here, and there is no AI chat panel. Instead you get:
  • A program list, with search, filters by language, presenter, scene and step, and an archive toggle
  • A program wizard with its own sidebar, showing the program name, current step, segment count, cumulative credit spend, and pickers for changing the presenter, scene, and outfit

Programs and segments

Segments are numbered 001, 002, and so on.
There is no delete for a program — only archive. Archived programs are hidden from the list until you switch the filter to archived and restore them. You cannot open an archived program without restoring it first.
